On Liz's radar is some very exciting book news - team One More Page have a fun play being published in the CBCA's new anthology! The book is titled Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds, and is a non-profit project by the CBCA's Eastern Suburbs Branch (Sydney). There's a gorgeous cover by Gemma Patience, and stories, plays and poems inside by many of NSW's most beloved creators.
OMP's contribution is a fun play kids or classes can have a go acting out. It's along similar zany lines to some of our more ... out there podcast episodes (like our trip to space, and that time we evaded zombies). The anthology will be launched on May 28, and available for sale via the CBCA's online merch store and select bookshops.

Nat gives a shout-out to the amazing ‘Write A Book In A Day’ initiative.
Write a Book in a Day is a fun, creative and collaborative competition for students in years 5 to 12 and adult writing groups. Teams of up to ten have just twelve hours to write and illustrate a book from start to finish. To make it even more fun, unique parameters must be included in the story. Digital editions of the completed stories are made available on the Online Library and shared with hospitals across Australia.
Funds raised through sponsorship go to The Kids’ Cancer Project, a national charity supporting childhood cancer research.
